The coaching programme at Thames Ditton is provided by Marc Codling and his team. Marc is also head coach at Surbiton Tennis Club and Aegon Coach of the Year 2010.

Thames Ditton is an LTA Clubmark Accredited club meaning it has been recognised for achieving excellent standards. Being an LTA Accredited club means the LTA endorses and supports the Club’s tennis programme, policies and procedures.
The junior coaching programme caters for both performance and development players. Development players are those who are new to the game or have limited experience and play once or twice a week. Performance players are more experienced players, who are expected to represent the club in local competitions and who compete in tournaments outside of the club.
The junior programme (for more details please click on the link for the Coaching Programme on the left side of this page) runs on a termly basis and currently operates on Tuesday and Thursday after school and on Saturday mornings.
