To join please complete and submit the membership
form with the relevant fee to the Membership Secretary.
If you choose to print it off and pay by cheque please send it to the Membership Secretary, Chris Lewis at 344 Walton Road, West Molesey, Surrey, KT8 2JD, Mob: 0777 056 2569. Cheques must be made payable to Thames Ditton Lawn Tennis Club Ltd or TDLTC Ltd.
Alternatively the form can be downloaded, filled in and then emailed direct to chris@jaza.clara.co.uk. You will then have to make payment separately. Your membership will not start until your fees have been recognised by the club as credited or banked for the benefit of the club.
MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Direct Debit or money transfers must be agreed in advance with the Membership Secretary. Please ensure a reference is provided with the payment comprising the payer’s first name initial, followed by full surname, followed by your home postcode (for example F.BloggsKT63SR). If you are paying on behalf of another applicant member, please quote the member’s first name initial followed by surname and home postcode. For family or group membership please use the family name and postcode.
